هيفاء تطالب الـ(ال بي سي) بتعويض عن وقعتها
طالب طالب محامي الفنانة هيفاء وهبي بتعويض من قبل المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال (ال بي سي) بعد بثها كليب ظهرت فيه وهي تقع على الارض خلال تحضيرات (برايم ستار اكاديمي الاخير).
واعتبر محامي وهبي ان الأمر يعود للاهمال الاداري والمهني من قبل المحطة وقال ان الفنانة تمر في ظروف صعبة , بالاضافة لاوجاع في قدمها اليسرى، و ان حالتها النفسية صعبة جدا , وان ادارة ستار اكاديمي استغلت الوقعة في بث حلقة ما قبل البرايم , لتعلنها بصورة ترفيهية عن طريق مقدمة البرنامج هيلدا خليفة . هذا وقد طالب مدير اعمالها ادارة المحطة بدفع مبلغ رد كرامة مقداره 3 ملايين دولار . والا ستتوجه وهبي الى القضاء .

Kathem El Saher has received an official invitation to attend the Oscars Awards 2007 ceremony in Los Angeles California. The singer has participated in the film “Mawtini Mawtini” (My Country My Country), which is nominated in the Best Documentary Film category.
Kathem’s music and voice was used in the film, which is based on the chaos that is taking place in Iraq. Director of the film Laura Bitras had stated that she felt it is an essential element to have Kathem’s music in the film, and she had nominated the singer after watching one of his performances on TV. Laura added that she was taken back by how much people loved the singer, and he is not only a son of Iraq, but a true Arab Superstar.
According to the London based Elaph, Kathem has recently completed recording the songs for his upcoming album, and stated that he is very optimistic about the new release.
The cameras followed the singer to Los Angeles California and other cities to present behind the scenes footage of his recent tour around the USA.
